3. Products & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR/Rs.) and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.

  • All products sold are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once placed through our checkout process.
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method.
  • Please have the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Payment is due upon delivery of your order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable or if order details cannot be verified.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver across Sri Lanka.
  • Orders over Rs. 5,000 qualify for free delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • You can track your order status through the "My Orders" section in your account.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for COD orders.

6. Order Status

Orders go through the following statuses:

  • Processing - Your order has been received and is being prepared.
  • Shipping - Your order is on its way to the delivery address.
  • Completed - Your order has been delivered and confirmed.
  • Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled.

7. Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are handled by our team. Please contact us via the complaint system in your account if you need to cancel an order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

8. Complaints & Support

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing product, you can file a complaint through the "Help & Support" section in your account.
  • Complaints should be filed within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Our support team will respond to complaints and work to resolve issues promptly.
